Nicky Perry and Bex Lipp founded AwesoME Inc.™ after they discovered they had very similar ideas and intentions about helping others.

Born from Bex’s personal use of gratitude journals, in addition to the benefits practicing gratitude had on her struggles with mental health issues, including Borderline Personality Disorder, and bouts of clinical depression and anxiety—and then combined with Nicky’s twenty plus years of experience as a graphic designer—and her own personal experience as a support person to family members with mental illnesses—they created a business that could change lives for the better.

Now solely owned and run by Nicky, AwesoME Inc.™ brings together a team of passionate and professional people with a purpose to create a happier and healthier world. The aim is to help people enhance their happiness and well-being, with resources, tools, and techniques based on positive psychology, including gratitude journals and resilience training for adults and children.

The aim for AwesoME Inc.™ is to empower individuals to create happiness in their own lives and to reach people with amazing resources and tools to help them do just that.

We have first-hand experience of the impact of negative habits, unhealthy cycles and mental illness. We share our own experiences as well as stories from a professional perspective to encourage others.

    Originally from the island state of Tasmania in Australia, Nicky has 22+ years experience working in various design environments as a graphic designer and art director in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.     Educational Psychologist/Content Writer

    As a registered Educational Psychologist, Juliet has worked with a wide variety of children, families, and individuals during her time with the Ministry of Education, the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), and in private practice.
