About Us

AwesoME Inc is THE place to go to source the tools, backed by science, to help improve your health and happiness.

AwesoME Inc™ are a team of passionate and professional people with a purpose to create a happier and healthier world.

We enhance happiness and well-being, with products based on positive psychology, including gratitude journals and resilience training for adults and children.

The western world has missed the boat in a lot of aspects of health and well-being, and we have been taught that to work and consume will create a rewarding life. We are now learning through science, that more “stuff” does NOT equal more happiness.

By focusing on things like: Gratitude, Resilience, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep and Relationships; we can improve our levels of happiness and fulfillment. We soon learn that we can have a content and meaningful life with a whole lot less.

At AwesoME Inc™ we want to empower YOU and show you that life doesn’t have to be complicated.

Life is wonderful in its simplicity.

We wish to help create happiness and contentment for you, because everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life.

Who are the Gratitude Girls?

Gratitude Girls

Nicky Perry and Bex Lipp are passionate about helping others create happier lives.

Friends since 2009, we discovered that we had very similar ideas and intentions, and wanted to share our combined skills in order to create a business that could change lives for the better.

Having experienced the positive benefits of gratitude and manifesting in our own lives, it seemed a natural fit to share this with others. Always on a path to help others first and foremost, AwesoME Inc™ was formed, and we have been helping people ever since.

One of our favourite quotes – AWESOME ENDS IN ME sums up what we are trying to do… to empower individuals to create happiness in their own lives. It starts with you because you are awesome!

We are dubbed “the Gratitude Girls” because we are so passionate about how gratitude translates into happiness and health. It is something we are all capable of and have limitless capacity for, yet it is a completely under-utilised way of improving your mental and physical well-being.

Change Your Thoughts. Change Your Perspective. Change Your Life.

Join us today in living a life of happiness!
